Each plan gives you a set number of monthly hours. You can submit unlimited requests through your client portal, and we’ll work on up to the allowed number of active tasks for your tier until your hours are used.

What’s included in Branding services?
Our branding services cover everything needed to create or refresh your identity. This includes:
• Logo design and variations • Color palettes and typography • Stationery design (business cards, letterheads, envelopes) • Brand guidelines (how to use your logo, fonts, colors, and imagery)
What’s included in Marketing services?
Marketing services focus on day-to-day creative execution that keeps your brand visible and consistent. This includes: • Social media graphics and ad creatives • Email marketing design • Flyers, one-pagers, rack cards, brochures • Slide decks and investor presentations • Digital ads and web banners • Event or tradeshow collateral (posters, booth graphics, signage)
What’s included in Website Design services? (Agency Tier only)
Website design services provide ongoing digital presence support, from new builds to maintenance. This includes:
• Full website design (UX/UI) • Microsites or landing pages • Website maintenance and updates • Design for new sections or campaigns • Conversion-focused layouts for leasing or sales • Mobile optimization and responsive design refinements
Can I request services outside of these categories?
Yes—if your request falls outside Branding, Marketing, or Website Design, we’ll provide a custom quote before starting. Examples include copywriting, brand strategy, naming, building banners, window skins.
What is not included in the subscription?
To keep your retainer focused on creative execution, certain services fall outside the scope. These can always be quoted separately if needed. Retainers do not include:
• Paid media management • Copywriting services (request a quote) • Photography or video production • 3D renderings or architectural visualization • Web development (request a quote) • Hosting or domain costs • Strategy and consulting projects (request a quote) • Printing, fabrication, or media buying costs
How do you handle revisions?
We offer unlimited revisions on all deliverables. That said, we encourage thoughtful, consolidated feedback so we can get it right within the first few rounds—helping you make the most of your hours.
What counts as a “task”?
A task is one design deliverable—for example, a social media graphic, a flyer, or a set of ad variations. Larger projects, like a website or brand guide, are broken into milestones so they fit within your plan’s hours.
What happens if I use up all my hours for the month?
If you reach your monthly hours, you have three options: 1. Pause requests until your hours reset the following month. 2. Purchase additional hours at our standard rate of $150/hour (billed separately). 3. Upgrade to a higher tier at any time. If your workload is growing, moving up a tier gives you more hours, faster turnaround, and additional services.
What happens if I don’t use all my hours in a month?
Unused hours roll over for up to three months. Your account manager will also help you plan ahead so you always maximize your retainer.
What are your turnaround times?
Most small to mid-size requests are delivered within 3–5 business days for Essentials, 2–4 business days for Growth, and 1–3 business days for Agency. Larger projects like websites or brand guidelines are scheduled with clear milestones and timelines. Retainer clients always receive priority scheduling.
How quickly do you start on new requests?
Retainer clients get priority scheduling. Most requests are started within 48 hours.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes—you can scale up at any time. Many clients begin with Essentials and move to Growth or Agency as their needs expand.
How does the client portal work?
The portal is your hub for submitting requests, tracking progress, and communicating with our team. It keeps everything organized and transparent.
What if I need services outside of what’s listed?
If you request something not listed in your plan, we’ll provide a custom quote before starting. That way, you’ll always know the scope and cost upfront.
Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?
Our subscriptions are billed monthly, but we require a 2-month cancellation notice. This ensures we can wrap up projects smoothly and transition your work without disruption.
