Working within the property's existing brand, we defined the site structure and user journeys, wrote the website copy, and designed every page template: home, floor plans, amenities and features, gallery, neighborhood, contact, thank-you, and 404, along with the flyout navigation, hover states, and a special-offer module. The floor plan experience was designed around how prospects actually search, with filters, grid, list, and building views, and detail pages that keep the tour and apply actions close at hand. We delivered fully responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile, along with the image library and custom graphic patterns.
