[brand design]

Branding that speaks.

A strong brand creates an experience that shapes perception, builds trust, and creates lasting connection. It's more than a logo—it's a complete identity system that signals quality before anyone sees the inside of a building.

Answers to the questions we get

We work with developers launching new projects, property managers building portfolio credibility, architecture practices competing for commissions, and GCs ready to look the part. Here is what they ask us most before we get started.

What does a brand design project include?

A complete project includes brand strategy, logo design, typography, color palette, graphic elements, brand guidelines, and all final file formats, print-ready and digital.

Do you help with naming a development, firm, or project?

Yes. Naming is often where a brand project starts, especially for developers launching a new building or mixed-use project. We develop name options grounded in your positioning, your market, and your target audience, not just what sounds good. Every name is checked for trademark conflicts and domain availability before it is presented.

What are brand guidelines, and do I really need them?

Brand guidelines document your complete visual system: logo usage, color codes, typography rules, and graphic elements. They ensure everyone who touches your brand, internally and externally, uses it the same way. For any serious CRE brand, they are non-negotiable.

Can you brand a development project before it opens?

Yes. We regularly work with developers in pre-construction and pre-leasing phases. We build the brand first so that by the time the project launches, the identity, signage, website, and marketing materials are all ready to go on day one.

We are an architecture firm. Can you build a brand that reflects our design philosophy?

Absolutely. Architecture firm branding is some of the most nuanced work we do. We spend time understanding your portfolio, your process, and your positioning before we design anything, so the brand actually reflects how you work, not just what you build.

We have a logo but no real brand system. Where do you start?

With an audit. We assess what you have, what is working, and what is missing before we touch anything. Some clients need a full rebrand. Others just need the system built around an existing mark. We scope the project based on what your brand actually needs.

How long does a brand design project take?

Most brand design projects take 6–8 weeks, depending on project scope and how quickly feedback rounds move. We set clear milestones at kickoff so you always know what to expect.

How does the revision process work?

Each phase includes structured revision rounds so feedback stays focused and productive. We do not do open-ended revisions. Instead, we work through defined checkpoints that keep the project moving forward.

Do you specialize in real estate branding?

Yes. Sabato Design works exclusively with commercial real estate developers, luxury residential brands, and AEC firms. We understand the market, the buyer, and what it takes to position a CRE brand at the top of its category.

Can you rebrand an existing company or property?

Yes. We work with both developers building a brand from scratch and established firms ready to modernize their visual identity. Rebrands start with a full audit of what exists before we design anything new.

How do we get started?

The first step is a discovery call where we learn about your business, your goals, and what you need from your brand. From there we put together a proposal scoped to your project.

Let's create something remarkable.
