Scope
We refreshed the Bakers Place brand with an updated logo, a new color palette, refined typography, and a set of custom patterns that give the community a distinct visual identity. This new look was extended across key marketing materials, including fence banners, business cards, and price sheets, ensuring consistency across both on-site and printed touchpoints.

The rebrand gives Bakers Place a polished and cohesive presence that better reflects its modern, wellness-oriented character. With a stronger visual system and upgraded marketing materials, the community presents a clearer story to prospective residents and stands out more effectively in the competitive Madison rental market.
